Information for visitors

Privacy and cookie policy

This page explains which technical data may be measured on the website, when Google Analytics starts and how you can change your choice.

Last updated: 28 June 2026

2. What happens without consent

Google Analytics is not loaded and does not send data to Google until you press the Accept. If you choose Reject, the website remains fully functional and Analytics measurement does not start.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser solely to avoid displaying the banner on every page.

3. What we measure after acceptance

After acceptance, Google Analytics 4 may measure technical and statistical information such as:

  • the page visited, page title and time of access;
  • traffic source, for example Google, Facebook, a directory or direct access;
  • device type, browser and operating system;
  • approximate country, region and city;
  • interactions such as clicking the phone number, email, Contact page or opening a portfolio image.

We do not send Google Analytics the name entered in the form, phone number, email address, form message or identifiable patient data.

4. Analytics cookies

After acceptance, Google Analytics may use its own cookies, including _ga and _ga_LFZ07J97HY, to distinguish visits and sessions. Their duration is set by the Google Analytics configuration and may be up to two years under the standard settings.

We do not use personalised advertising cookies on this website through this implementation. Advertising signals remain disabled.

5. Legal basis and withdrawal of consent

Optional measurement through Google Analytics is based on consent. You can withdraw your choice at any time as easily as you gave it.

6. Analytics provider and data transfers

The service is provided by Google. Data may be processed within Google’s infrastructure in accordance with the terms, policies and safeguards applicable to Google Analytics. You can review Google’s information in its Google Privacy Policy.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection and may withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing using the information published at dataprotection.ro.

8. Contact form

The website form does not save data in a database. When you press the button, your browser opens your email application with a prepared message. The message is sent only if you choose to send it from your email application.

Do not include identifiable patient data in the form or initial contact messages.
